Job Title: Digital and Experiential Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire a Digital and Experiential Marketing Manager to support ongoing projects that range from digital marketing campaigns to pop up events requiring a breadth of skills including copywriting, social media management, organization of marketing events such as pop-up markets, and content production. This is the perfect position for the candidate that likes to jump in on a variety of different tasks and projects and thrives off an environment that is constantly changing.

Objectives of this role

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing, email marketing, and social media

  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging for a variety of clients across all social channels

  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience

  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

  • Organize and produce marketing events

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven ability to create and manage content for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication, including short videos, photographs, and captions with standards of excellence for client brands

  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation balanced with an ability to create digital content to the customers specifications

  • Proven track record of staying up to date on social media trends and driving account growth

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with others and treat everyone with professional decorum at all levels

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends

  • Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent and proven organizational skills and ability to schedule vendors, meetings, and organize events

  • Bachelors degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in an agency or firm or 5 years of relevant experience at an agency

  • Ability to present and lead meetings with a customer service mindset

  • A track record of independently researching and finding solutions when questions arise on how to tackle a new project or task

  • The standout candidate will be driven by a role that constantly presents new challenges and tasks and has the ability to switch tasks at a moments notice.

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends

  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field

  • Proficiency Premiere Pro and Photoshop

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data

  • Experience in web design with Squarespace, Wordpress, or Wix

  • A Strong knowledge of San José

Pay Range: $38/hr - $43/hr or equivalent salary, commensurate with experience.
